Why can’t I log in with Facebook?
Facebook login is currently temporarily unavailable due to restrictions, and users are unable to log in via Facebook at the moment. Accounts that are already logged in will not be affected. Please do not log out, clear cache, or uninstall the app during this period, as you may not be able to log in again until the issue is resolved.
How can I resolve it?
The current solution is to re-bind your Spellai account with a new login method. After re-binding, you can log in using other methods. We recommend completing this process as soon as possible to ensure secure access to your account and to avoid losing any assets or benefits.
What should I do if my existing Facebook account cannot log in to another device?
We now support re-binding your account to a new login method. You can choose to link your account to Google, Apple, or LINE on your current device for future logins. However, please note that login methods already bound to any exisiting Spellai cannot be used for re-binding. After successfully re-binding your account to a new login method, you can log in to your original account via the new method seamless without any issues.
Why can’t I bind a new login method?
Please check whether the new login method you’re trying to bind has already been registered or used for any other Spellai account. If so, please retry other unused login method. If not, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
What are the risks if I don’t bind a new login method?
Once your current Facebook login session expires, you may be unable to log back in. To prevent losing access to your account or assets, we strongly recommend re-binding your account to a new login method. Non-Facebook login methods remain unaffected.
Will Facebook login method be available again in the future?
It’s uncertain at the moment. We are actively working on finding a solution to restore Facebook login. However, we strongly recommend re-binding your account to a new login method first to secure your access. If Facebook login is restored in the future, both previous and new login methods will be able to access your current Spellai account.
What should I do if my Facebook account has been already logged out?
If your Facebook account has been logged out, please provide our support team with the email address associated with your Facebook account and your username in Spellai. Additionally, please provide the ID of the new account to which you want your coins and benefits transferred to. We will assist you in transferring your existing assets and benefits to the new account.
